Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Leasing Sales Representative to join our team on-site at our Abu Dhabi headquarters.

The role involves identifying and engaging with prospective clients, managing property listings, conducting property viewings and negotiations, and ensuring seamless leasing processes.

The Leasing Sales Representative will support clients by identifying properties that best meet their needs, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the company’s commitment to exceptional service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed leasing targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in property research, market analysis, and customer service
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and regulations in the UAE is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other productivity tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
  • Commitment to working on-site in Abu Dhabi
