Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Leasing Sales Representative at VIP Brokerage.
The job entails building and maintaining relationships with clients, assisting them in finding properties to lease, and negotiating lease agreements.
The representative will be expected to conduct market research, lead property viewings, and align client needs with available properties.
Additionally, the role requires preparing leasing paperwork, maintaining property listings, and collaborating with the leasing and sales team to meet targets and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of real estate leasing processes and relevant market trends
- Ability to conduct market research and provide investment advisory
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using property management and CRM software
- Experience in customer service or sales-related roles
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with the UAE real estate market is advantageous
