Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Leasing Sales Representative at VIP Brokerage.
The role involves managing leasing inquiries, conducting property tours, negotiating and closing deals, maintaining relationships with tenants and property owners, and staying informed of the latest trends in the UAE real estate market.
You will be a vital part of the Leasing Team and work collaboratively to achieve sales targets while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and experience in leasing or property management
- Knowledge of property marketing and ability to effectively promote properties to potential clients
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools, with strong organizational and administrative skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage
- UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within Abu Dhabi for property visits
- Passion for customer service and a goal-driven attitude
