- Manage the end-to-end leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease execution.
- Assist prospective tenants with property viewings, unit selection, applications, and onboarding.
- Conduct tenant screening, background checks, and financial verification.
- Prepare lease agreements, reservation forms, invoices, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth tenant handover and occupancy.
- Maintain accurate leasing records within Property Management Systems (PMS) and CRM platforms.
- Support occupancy targets through effective lead follow-up and conversion activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to tenant inquiries.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate operations.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of leasing procedures, tenant screening, and lease documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PMS, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

- Real Estate or Leasing Certification
- Customer Service or Sales Training
