Join the team as a Leasing Executive focused on the Abu Dhabi rental market.
What you’ll do
- Handle residential leasing transactions from inquiry through closing.
- Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental terms.
- Build relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospects.
- Maintain accurate property listings and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
What they’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate.
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi leasing and rental market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A target-driven, proactive, and professional approach.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
