Top of the Top Properties is hiring a Leasing Executive with strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental market.
Responsibilities
- Handle residential leasing transactions from inquiry to closing.
- Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental terms.
- Build relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospects.
- Maintain property listings and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate.
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi leasing and rental market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Be target-driven, proactive, and professional.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
