Overview
We’re looking for an experienced L&D Trainer to elevate the skills and performance of our cleaning and housekeeping teams across KSA.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging onboarding and refresher training for cleaning & housekeeping staff
- Train teams on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and practical sessions
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and infection control standards
- Assess staff competency and identify skill gaps
- Support site mobilizations and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in cleaning/housekeeping or facility management training
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Experience working with multicultural teams
- Train-the-Trainer certification is a plus
- KSA Driving License mandatory
