About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Learning & Development Executive to support employee growth and enhance organizational performance through effective training and development initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying learning needs, coordinating training programs, and promoting a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training and development needs through performance evaluations, job analysis, and consultation with department heads.
- Design, develop, and implement training programs, workshops, and learning materials.
- Coordinate and facilitate both internal and external training sessions.
- Monitor, assess, and report on training effectiveness, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare periodic training reports.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Ensure all learning initiatives comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in employee development planning, career progression, and succession planning initiatives.
- Stay informed of industry trends, learning methodologies, and best practices in Learning & Development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is an advantage.
