About the Role

To design, implement, and continuously enhance the organization’s learning and development strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The role focuses on building organizational capability, improving employee performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning through structured programs, talent development initiatives, and modern learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across departments to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, including leadership development, technical training, and soft skills.
  • Manage end-to-end learning programs (planning, vendor coordination, delivery, and post-training evaluation).
  • Lead onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth employee integration. ·
  • Establish competency frameworks and career development pathways. ·
  • Support performance management processes by linking development plans to performance outcomes.
  • Introduce and manage digital learning platforms (LMS, e-learning, microlearning tools).
  • Measure training effectiveness using KPIs such as ROI, engagement, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ATD) is a plus.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools. - Prior experience in a lead or senior specialist role is preferred.
  • Experience in large or complex organizations is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs and leadership initiatives.
  • 8–10 years of experience in HR (Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development)
