Role Overview
Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of road, highway, and transportation infrastructure systems for multidisciplinary projects in Dubai.
Work within an engineering consultancy and coordinate with project stakeholders, authorities, and multiple technical disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead geometric design for roads, highways, junctions, and related infrastructure projects.
- Prepare calculations, grading, alignments, cross-sections, pavement designs, and technical specifications.
- Design and coordinate intersections, roundabouts, signage, pavement markings, and traffic management schemes.
- Coordinate road designs with utilities, master planning, structural, geotechnical, and other disciplines.
- Review drawings, submittals, specifications, project requirements, and design documentation.
- Guide junior engineers, CAD technicians, and BIM teams through design reviews.
- Support authority approvals, stakeholder meetings, and resolution of site or design issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering from a recognized university.
- 12–15 years of professional experience in road and highway design engineering.
- Strong consultancy and multidisciplinary infrastructure project experience.
- Strong knowledge of geometric design, pavement design, traffic engineering, highway standards, and authority manuals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and InfraWorks.
Additional Qualifications
- Navisworks experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of UAE authority requirements, RTA standards, design guidelines, and NOC approval processes.
- Ability to independently manage road design packages and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Applicants must currently reside in the UAE and be available to join within one month or less.

Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 10,000–AED 30,000 per month.
