Role Overview
Join an engineering consultancy team managing project documentation, correspondence, and technical records across multiple building or infrastructure projects.
Ensure efficient document flow, version control, and compliance with company and project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the centralized Electronic Document Management System for multiple building and infrastructure projects.
- Receive, register, distribute, track, and archive technical documents, drawings, transmittals, and correspondence.
- Maintain version control, document numbering, and timely submission processing.
- Coordinate document flow with project teams, contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities.
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and authority submittals including NOCs, permits, and approvals.
- Maintain physical and digital archives to company procedures and quality standards.
- Provide administrative and document-management support to project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional certification.
- At least 5 years of Document Controller experience, preferably in an engineering consultancy or construction environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple building or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of EDMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authority documentation standards is an advantage.
Location and Travel
- Candidates must reside in the UAE and be available to join immediately or within one month.
- The role requires work between Abu Dhabi and the Saudi border six days per week.
- The role requires 100% willingness to travel.
- Company transportation is provided from Abu Dhabi center to the project location at the Abu Dhabi/Saudi border.
Pay
- Pay ranges from AED 8,000 to AED 15,000 per month.
