Job Summary
To lead the execution of organizational design, workforce planning and rewards activities for TAQA Generation, ensuring alignment with TAQA Group frameworks and governance.
The role provides analysis, modelling and implementation support to enable effective organizational structures, workforce decisions and reward outcomes across Generation assets.
The position works closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical solutions and insights, while maintaining consistency and quality across deliverables.
Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems
- Follow the operational strategy in compliance with group delegation of authority policy.
- Ensure the compliance of organization's policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while consistently delivering quality and cost-effective service.
Reporting
- Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with HQ and business policies and standards.
- Provide support in the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.
- Comply with organization requirements in a timely manner.
Organizational Design
- Support the development and implementation of organizational design strategies and initiatives aligned with Generation business objectives and HQ frameworks.
- Execute organizational design initiatives across Generation and its assets, ensuring alignment of structures, roles, processes and operating models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct and synthesize assessments of organizational structures, jobs, processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and support operating model alignment.
- Support job analysis, job description development and job evaluation exercises in coordination with asset HR teams and HQ, ensuring alignment with TAQA job architecture and grading frameworks.
- Coordinate with Mobility Manager (HQ) and relevant stakeholders to support internal mobility opportunities across business lines and assets.
- Liaise with external consultants and stay informed on market practices to support organizational design initiatives.
- Support the alignment of organizational design initiatives with governance frameworks and operating model principles, ensuring consistency across Generation entities and assets.
Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership, HR and Finance to support workforce planning activities, including manpower assumptions, workload drivers and future staffing requirements.
- Collect and analyze workforce data (demographics, skills, performance) to identify trends, gaps and optimization opportunities, and support workforce planning decisions.
- Support workforce optimization initiatives, including redeployment, restructuring and efficiency improvements, ensuring alignment with governance requirements.
- Apply HR analytics and support predictive insights to identify workforce trends, capability gaps and planning opportunities, contributing to reporting and decision-making.
- Identify process improvement opportunities across workforce planning and organizational design and support implementation of enhancements.
- Support the preparation and consolidation of workforce planning outputs and insights for management review, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with business priorities.
Total Rewards Management
- Support the implementation of rewards frameworks and programs for Generation assets in alignment with TAQA Group policies, including compensation structures and incentive plans.
- Provide market insights, benchmarking and analytical support to inform reward decisions and ensure competitiveness, equity and alignment with pay-for-performance principles.
- Analyze financial impact of compensation decisions and support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits structures.
- Conduct internal and external equity assessments and support periodic reviews to ensure consistency and alignment of compensation and benefits practices.
- Provide inputs to benefits design and support implementation across assets, ensuring market competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure alignment and consistency with TAQA Group rewards frameworks, governance and policies across all rewards activities.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of rewards-related processes and guidelines across Generation assets, ensuring consistent application and adherence to approved frameworks.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- This role operates as a subject‑matter support and execution role and does not carry standalone policy ownership or approval authority.
- 5+ years of relevant working experience in Organization Design and Rewards or related field
