Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Project Manager, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or a related position
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships, understand business needs, and develop solutions that drive customer success
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding objectives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered

Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful execution of complex, high-impact global initiatives, overseeing project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery while mentoring team members and driving project management best practices
  • Serve as the primary client relationship manager and trusted advisor, building strong partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term business growth
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client experiences
  • Gather and translate client feedback, market insights, and industry trends into recommendations that help shape global strategy and program development
  • Act as the global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Nonfood Compounds, PFAS Free, and MOAH Free programs, providing technical expertise, guidance, and thought leadership
  • Promote and expand program awareness through webinars, industry associations, conferences, and other marketing and business development activities
