Senior Planning Engineer
for a reputable company in
Qatar
, working on
high-rise building projects
.

Reporting to:
Position Requirements & Specifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of MEP experience
- in construction projects
- Strong experience in
- high-rise building projects
- 10+ years of GCC experience
- (Qatar experience preferred)
- Strong background in
- project planning, scheduling, and project controls
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Important Client Requirements
- Candidate must be currently based in Qatar
- with a
- valid QID
- If the QID profession is Engineer
- , a
- valid UPDA certification is mandatory
- Civil Engineering backgrounds will not be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage
- project schedules and baseline programs
- Monitor project progress, delays, and performance
- Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and cost analysis
- Conduct delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) claims
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Manage earned value analysis, resource loading, and forecasting
