Experience

10 to 15+ years of Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support experience.

Minimum two full lifecycle Oracle Financial implementations, including at least one Oracle Fusion Financials implementation.

Experience supporting multinational organizations with global financial operations.

Proven experience in solution architecture and enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud deployments.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and business workshops.

Certification Prefer ences

Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Certification .

Oracle Integration Cloud Certification.

Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies ( PO/PM or Scrum master) .

Experience implementing Oracle AI/ML-driven solutions .

Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, regression testing, and patch management.

Manage Oracle Service Requests and coordinate resolution of critical issues.

Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives.

Create technical and functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles.

Education Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Location

  • India – (Flexible hybrid work model - work from Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter)
