Lead Master Data & Reporting Coordinator (i-Health) - Shelton, CT

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain master data across SAP S/4HANA and related business systems, including product, customer, purchasing, pricing, and warehouse data.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to validate, manage, and improve data quality throughout the business.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports that support inventory management, planning, product lifecycle activities, and business performance.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies, validate data accuracy, and maintain recurring reporting schedules.
• Support system enhancements, process improvements, automation initiatives, and testing activities related to master data and reporting.
• Train users on data requirements, reporting tools, and intake processes while promoting consistent data standards.

• You Bring:
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with master data, reporting, business systems, or operational support within a consumer goods, supply chain, or related environment.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data accurately and consistently.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Curiosity, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in automation and data-driven decision making.
• The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Hourly: $25.00 - $30.00.
