Role overview

Technical leadership and delivery

• Lead and mentor an agile development pod; conduct code reviews, uphold engineering standards, and coach engineers.
• Drive sprint technical planning, work allocation, backlog grooming, and technical risk assessment.
• Lead cloud-native microservices and event-driven application design and delivery.
• Design Oracle persistence layers and secure REST and asynchronous integration endpoints.
• Drive containerization, deployment strategies, CI/CD improvements, automated testing, and observability.
• Resolve production and performance issues and ensure secure development and architecture governance practices.

Technical qualifications

• 6–10 years of software engineering and enterprise application development experience.
• Deep Java 17+ experience and extensive Spring Boot and microservices experience.
• Experience with Kafka, Oracle Database, Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Experience with AI-assisted developer tools, automated testing, build tools, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Leadership and education

• Demonstrated technical team leadership experience; strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience; a master’s degree is preferred.

Salary range

• Listed full-time salary range is $120,800–$170,800; the pay cadence is not specified.
