Work location and arrangement

• Work location is Riyadh.
• Telework type is Full-Time Office/Project.

Major responsibilities

• Oversee contractor work and completion of permanent and temporary access roads, earthworks, and structures.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, standards, schedules, ES&H plans, quality requirements, and applicable safety codes.
• Coordinate across disciplines and with Engineering; monitor contractor performance, status, schedule, cost control, and changes.
• Lead site technical coordination with contractors, engineers, the client, and other stakeholders.
• Review schedules, resource and commodity charts, engineering deliverables, material deliveries, and contractor submittals to maintain work fronts.
• Verify permits and licenses; lead Field Engineers reviewing contractor submittals, technical queries, field changes, drawings, and as-builts.
• Ensure materials and equipment meet standards and specifications; coordinate contractual interfaces and maintain functional relationships.
• Guide construction engineers and contractors, monitor performance, lead interface meetings, and complete systematic project closeout.

Education and experience

• At least 10 years of construction industry experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a construction-related field.
• Experience in progressively senior positions on large construction projects.
• Construction project experience in KSA, the Middle East, or GCC with a contractor or project management consultant.

Knowledge and skills

• Thorough knowledge of equipment requirements, production factors, standards, and specifications.
• Thorough knowledge of construction technical requirements and safety procedures and practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive working relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, exercise professional judgment, take ownership, and provide technical leadership.
