Role overview

Responsibilities
- Implement and continuously improve product design practices and deliverables.
- Apply design guidelines in line with overall design standards.
- Collaborate with product and design stakeholders to align deliverables with product release scope.
- Balance high-quality work with delivery timelines.
- Contribute patterns and templates to the atomic design system while maintaining brand consistency and pace.
- Participate in design reviews and share work with design, product management, marketing, and engineering stakeholders.
- Build a longer-term design vision for SBS products and their interconnections.
Qualifications
- Strong UX practitioner with expertise in Figma.
- Experience designing enterprise applications; financial services experience is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder-management experience, especially with engineers and product managers.
- Experience designing and delivering complex products.
- Ability to balance creative and analytical goals, make product and design trade-offs, and balance short- and medium-term goals.
- Ability to communicate with multiple senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience with design systems in product delivery.
- A design-related degree, or ability to show how another degree relates to the role.
- Fluent in English.
