Lead Coordinator - 2nd Shift
Role Overview
Receiving/Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and directing all work activities on the receiving dock and coordinating the movement of resources and trucks for the warehouse.
They are responsible for training new
permanent and temporary personnel to perform any job assignment in the department safely and efficiently.
Coordinator is responsible for the inspection of inbound quality of product (pallet, carton, & individual unit), labor efficiency (KPI) reporting, receiving dock/warehouse location accuracy, and for conducting daily safety meetings to promote awareness.
Must have full working knowledge of DSI and JDE.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of two years lead experience or minimum of five years receiving/warehouse experience.
- Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and people skills.
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Must be able to safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, power hand jacks, sit-down counterbalance trucks, etc. and train others.
- Must demonstrate the ability to utilize creative thinking to obtain all departmental goals.
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
