Duties

• Engage with potential clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and follow-up to convert leads into sales opportunities
• Develop and nurture relationships with business clients via effective communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Conduct technical sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, emphasizing product value and benefits

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of successful lead conversion
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English
• Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales processes
• Experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques to engage prospects effectively
