Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Baking Specialist to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.
Strong English communication skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of items including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
- Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation
- Operate and maintain baking equipment safely
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members in English
Requirements
- Proven experience as a baker or baking specialist
- Good English communication skills (required)
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in baking or pastry arts
- Experience in a bakery, café, or hotel kitchen
- Creative skills in developing new recipes
