Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Baking Trainer** to conduct professional baking training sessions for students and aspiring bakers.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical lessons, demonstrating baking techniques, ensuring food safety standards, and guiding students throughout their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct baking classes for beginners and advanced students.
- Teach preparation of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked products.
- Demonstrate professional baking techniques and industry best practices.
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
- Manage baking equipment and training ingredients efficiently.
- Assess student performance and support certification requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in baking, pastry, or bakery operations.
- Strong knowledge of baking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to train individuals and groups effectively.
- Professional attitude and passion for sharing knowledge.
- Relevant culinary or baking certification is an advantage.
