Role Overview

• **Position:** Lead Barista/Supervisor (Female)
• **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE
• **Employment Type:** Full-Time
• **Reports To:** Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• **Beverage Excellence:** Calibrate espresso grinders daily, monitor extraction variables, and serve consistent, high-quality hot and cold specialty beverages.
• **Team Leadership:** Train, mentor, and supervise junior baristas to maintain strict brand standards and fast drink ticket times.
• **Workflow Optimization:** Manage bar layouts, coordinate peak-hour shift rotations, and ensure seamless synchronization between front-of-house and back-of-house.
• **Inventory Control:** Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk varieties, syrups, and packaging, reporting replenishment needs proactively.
• **Equipment Care:** Enforce regular maintenance, backflushing, and cleaning cycles for espresso machines, grinders, and water filtration systems.
• **Customer Engagement:** Resolve customer complaints gracefully, uphold a highly professional appearance, and foster a welcoming community vibe.

Requirements & Qualifications

• **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of professional barista experience, with at least 3 year in a supervisory or senior capacity.
• **Gender Preference:** Female candidates are preferred for this position
• **Communication:** Strong English communication skills; additional language skills are a valuable asset.
• **Working Style:** Ability to remain calm, structured, and fast-paced during high-volume peak periods.
• **Availability:** Flexible schedule, including readiness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
