Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and skilled **Female Barista** who is passionate about specialty coffee and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
You will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, managing the bar area, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- **Prepare and serve** hot and cold beverages, including espresso, lattes, specialty coffees, and teas.
- **Greet customers warmly**, take orders accurately, and operate the POS/cash register system.
- **Maintain exceptional cleanliness** and hygiene standards at the bar, counter, and seating areas.
- **Manage stock levels** for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other cafe supplies.
- **Deliver friendly service** while efficiently multitasking during high-volume peak hours.
Requirements & Skills
- **Proven experience** as a Barista or in a fast-paced food and beverage service role.
- **Strong knowledge** of coffee brewing techniques, espresso extraction, and basic latte art.
- **Excellent communication** skills with fluency in English
- **Positive attitude**, reliable work ethic, and ability to collaborate smoothly in a team.
- **Flexibility to work** rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
