Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Enable enterprise customers to deploy AI agents, models, LLMs, microservices and orchestration layers through secure, scalable platforms.
• Develop AI products for global clients using Node.js, LangChain, LangGraph and Flowise.
• Identify and incorporate partnerships, products and emerging LLM and AI technologies.
• Design and implement algorithms for AI agents using Node.js and AI frameworks.
• Integrate new features and APIs across large-scale enterprise environments using Node.js and potentially Python.
• Understand user needs and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Uphold enterprise-grade compliance standards such as SOC 2.

Requirements

• Ideally bring at least seven years of software development experience.
• Knowledge of natural language processing, machine learning and neural networks is preferred.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, leadership mindset and proactive ownership in a fast-moving environment.
• Have extensive Node.js development experience.
• Have production experience with LangChain, AI agent frameworks and applied AI, or be passionate about learning them with available training.
• Be dedicated to building secure, scalable APIs.
• Have experience across cloud environments including Azure, AWS or GCP.

Pay Range

• Pay range is $160,000 AUD to $250,000 AUD.
