Design and operationalize AI-driven solutions for retail store technology, improving visibility and business decision-making.
Combine architectural thinking and rapid prototyping with stakeholder partnership and development-team guidance.
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deliver AI solutions for real-world retail environments.
- Create working prototypes with modern AI tooling and turn concepts into deliverables.
- Prepare architecture diagrams, mockups, and requirements documentation for development teams.
- Translate stakeholder needs into technical designs aligned with business intent and engineering capability.
- Guide cross-functional teams through AI and Agile SDLC practices from ideation through deployment.
- Contribute hands-on while serving as a bridge between business and technical audiences.
Requirements
- Hands-on rapid AI prototyping experience and a record of delivering AI solutions in real-world environments.
- Solid software architecture knowledge and ability to design scalable, practical AI solutions.
- General cloud technology knowledge; Microsoft Azure familiarity is a strong advantage.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and documentation.
- Working knowledge of AI and Agile SDLC practices and ability to support cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills; retail experience is a plus.
