We are seeking a Lead Accountant to support the Americas Equipment Processing Centers (EPC) within the Product Support & Logistics Division (PSLD) Business Resources team. In this role, you will lead monthly financial planning and analysis for the Americas EPC network, working closely with Operations leaders to deliver accurate financial insights, communicating results to leadership, and partnering with product groups that rely on EPCs for product distribution.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understand the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high level of precision.

Intellectual Curiosity / Courage: Initiative to dig into the details and understand the “why” while connecting those details to the bigger picture and challenging the status quo where necessary.

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; capacity to determine root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions to resolve those problems.

Independent decision making: Strong independent decision-making capability, applying sound judgment to assess complex operational and financial issues, recommend effective solutions, and drive issues to resolution with accountability and minimal supervision

Strong financial reporting and analytical skills : Including detailed analysis of P&L accounts, variance investigation, and delivery of accurate financial insights to support business decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

Cost accounting or Manufacturing accounting knowledge

Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process automation opportunities
