Position details

Grounds and landscaping duties

• Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance and clean, repair, or replace fountains, planters, and other grounds features.
• Install flowers, bulbs, grass, trees, and shrubs; water, weed, and trim flower beds, baskets, and boxes.
• Replace and transplant trees, flowers, and shrubs; trim and prune trees and shrubs.
• Trim and edge grass where mowers cannot reach; mow, edge, and rake lawns.
• Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems.
• Remove and bag trash from exterior trash cans.
• Operate dump trucks, tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles to transport equipment, supplies, materials, and debris.
• Wash, clean, and refuel equipment after use; visually inspect tools and machines for defects.
• Remove snow and maintain ice management where applicable.

Safety and work standards

• Follow company, safety, and security policies; report defective equipment, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance, protect company assets, support team goals, and meet quality expectations.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and physical requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• At least one year of related work experience is preferred; no supervisory experience is required.
• The role involves extended standing, sitting, or walking and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• The work includes handling varied objects with manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, moving on uneven or slippery surfaces and ladders, and bending, twisting, reaching, and stooping.
