Landscaping And Irrigation Supervisor - Real Estate

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage third-party landscape and irrigation service providers
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and ongoing maintenance programs
• Provide guidance on plant care, irrigation schedules, and soil requirements
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with agreed scopes and KPIs
• Coordinate with Facilities Management and internal teams on operations and handover processes
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Conduct site inspections and support audits to maintain service quality
• Implement FM policies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control

Requirements

• Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in landscape maintenance, preferably within master communities
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape operations
• Experience in managing contractors/service providers
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
