Document Controller Officer (Design)

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control all incoming and outgoing documents within the Design Sector/Department
• Maintain a centralized document repository with proper registration and categorization
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution of documents
• Implement and monitor document control procedures and workflows
• Support the preparation and issuance of drawings, reports, and technical documents
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth document flow and approvals
• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to document control processes
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all documentation

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller in real estate or construction
• Strong knowledge of document control processes and systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, ACC)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills
• Familiarity with design processes and ISO standards is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
