The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to lead our human resources function within the facilities management industry in Dubai. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional who can drive HR initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and fostering a high-performance culture. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the facility management company. - Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract skilled professionals across various functions within facilities management. - Oversee performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and organizational effectiveness. - Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace environment and addressing workforce concerns promptly and effectively. - Drive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations in UAE. - Lead compensation and benefits planning to maintain competitiveness in the market. - Collaborate with senior management to support organizational change and development initiatives. - Manage HR budgets and optimize resource allocation. - Promote organizational values and culture to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred. - Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in HR leadership roles, preferably within the facilities management or related industries. - Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements. - Experience in blue collar workforce
