We are currently seeking Landscape Draftsman(BIM Modeler) to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Qualifications And Experience
**Total Years of Experience:** Minimum 5 years relevant experience, 3 years in UAE & Abu Dhabi)
**Education:** Bachelor degree or Diploma Holder of the relevant position
Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed Landscape BIM models (softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and site elements) in accordance with project requirements and company BIM standards.
- Prepare and produce 2D drawings and documentation (plans, sections, details) extracted from BIM models with high accuracy.
- Ensure all models comply with LOD requirements, naming conventions, and classification systems (e.g., UniClass / NRM where applicable).
- Perform model checks and QA/QC reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project specifications.
- Integrate and update external references (CAD, IFC, Revit links) into the BIM model while maintaining model cleanliness and performance.
