Ain Consulting Engineers (ACE) is currently seeking a **Document Controller** to join our dynamic team in **Abu Dhabi**.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma preferred
- Engineering consultancy / construction projects background Preferred
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in document control or related field(correspondence, drawings, submittals, RFIs)·
- Proficient in ACONEX,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong document control, filing, and coordination skills
- Experience in handling project correspondences, submittals, RFIs, and site instructions
- Knowledge of document management systems and filing procedures
- Basic understanding of project correspondences, submittals, RFIs, and site instructions
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Valid UAE Driving License is required
