Landscape Architect in the Landscape Design and Projects department.
Develop landscape design concepts and technical drawings, coordinate design and site activities, and support successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop landscape concepts, master plans, planting and hardscape layouts, and construction drawings.
- Prepare landscape and irrigation shop drawings, setting-out plans, sections, and details using AutoCAD.
- Create 2D and 3D presentations, renderings, and visualizations; select suitable plants and landscape materials.
- Prepare BOQs, material schedules, technical specifications, and material submittals.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors; conduct site visits and inspections.
- Coordinate irrigation and planting requirements, monitor progress, and help resolve design and site issues.
- Review site conditions and recommend design changes for approval; maintain project and drawing records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, project standards, health and safety, and company quality procedures.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in landscape design and project coordination.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- UAE landscaping or construction industry experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or equivalent software is advantageous.
- Knowledge of softscape, hardscape, irrigation, planting details, and landscape construction practices.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Good communication and coordination abilities; effective time management and organization.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
