Responsibilities

• :
• Perform topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using total stations, GPS, levels, and other surveying equipment.
• Establish and verify horizontal and vertical control points for the project.
• Set out building grids, foundations, columns, roads, utilities, and other project elements according to approved drawings.
• Check and verify dimensions, elevations, coordinates, and alignments during construction.
• Prepare survey reports, field notes, sketches, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate implementation of design requirements.
• Monitor construction progress and identify any deviations from approved plans.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Assist in quantity calculations and preparation of survey-related documentation.

Requirements

• :
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certification or survey license (where applicable).
• Experience in building construction projects.
• Proficiency in survey software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Leica Geo Office, Trimble Business Center, or similar applications.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and surveying principles.
• Ability to operate Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and other survey instruments.
