Responsibilities

• :
• Co-ordination between the BIM Manager and BIM Engineers (discipline engineers for reviewing the Progressive Models received from the Contractor.
• Conducting the Model Health Check and Clash Reports for the received Models.
• Knowledge & experience of reviewing the 4D Simulations.
• Capability & experience in extracting various Schedules from the progressive Models.
• Initial Review of BIM Documents (e.g. – BIM Execution Plan etc.) received from the Contractor, prior to forwarding them to the BIM Manager for final review.
• Liaise with the BIM Manager on construction related technical issues which might be impacting BIM Models.
• Attending Weekly BIM Progress Meetings along with the BIM Manager.
• organize & conduct Internal BIM Meetings as & when required.
• Regular follow-up with the Contractor on the overall BIM activities & related progress.
• Co-ordination between the BIM Manager and Discipline BIM Engineers for reviewing the Final As-built Models received from the Contractor.
• Knowledge & experience of reviewing Point Cloud Models and Reality Capture technologies for the verification of As-built Models.
• Initial Review of the Asset Register, and sharing it with the Discipline BIM Engineers for their technical review of information contained within the Asset Register.
• Preparing Dynamo Script & Power Bi tools for checking the Federated Models.
• Assisting the Close-out process during final handing-over of As-built models to the End-user.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or Strong trades background coupled with a BIM qualification
• Expertise in BIM software and tools
• Must be from mechanical or electrical background and must have a proven track record in a similar role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to short deadlines
