Land Surveyo

m for villa and residential building projects in Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilitie
- Perform setting-out, level, control, and as-built surveys
- Verify contractor survey data, benchmarks, layouts, and building alignments
- Check foundations, structural gridlines, FFLs, and external works
- Prepare survey records and as-built documentations
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, Abu Dhabi Municipality requirements, and HSE standards
- Coordinate with Resident Engineers, Inspectors, and Contractors throughout constructionn
Requirement
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- **8 - 10 yea**
- rs of UAE experience in villa/residential building projects
- **Consultancy experience is mandatory**
- Proficient in Total Station, GPS, Digital Levels, AutoCAD, and survey software
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality standards and excellent communication skills
