We are seeking an experienced
Hse Engineer
with a minimum of

in large-scale infrastructure projects.

Dubai Municipality (Dm)

Roads And Transport Authority (Rta)
projects.
Consultancy experience is Preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE regulations, project specifications, and client requirements.
- Implement and maintain Health, Safety & Environmental Management Systems across project sites.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Develop and review HSE plans, method statements, and emergency response procedures.
- Ensure compliance with

Rta
- , and UAE HSE regulations and international standards.
- Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness training.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, and corrective action plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum
- 10 years of HSE experience
- in infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience on
- DM and/or RTA
- infrastructure projects is essential.
- **Consultancy experience is mandatory.**
- Professional HSE certifications such as
Nebosh Igc
,
Iosh
- , or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
