We are seeking a highly skilled
L3 It Support Engineer
to provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and ensure the stability and performance of IT systems.
This role is critical in handling escalations from L1/L2 teams and driving root cause resolution across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues across systems, networks, and applications
🔹 Diagnose and resolve advanced issues related to Windows/Linux servers, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications
🔹 Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes to prevent recurring issues
🔹 Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, virtualization, storage, and backup systems
🔹 Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and system improvements
🔹 Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
🔹 Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
🔹 Support IT security practices including patching, access control, and compliance
What You Bring
🔹 5+ years of experience in IT Support / Infrastructure Support (with L3 exposure)
🔹 Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP)
🔹 Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
🔹 Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
🔹 Solid understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
🔹 Experience with backup solutions, monitoring tools, and endpoint security
🔹 Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive mindset
