Position Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients.
The role involves building long-term relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned corporate clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contract renewals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery
- Monitor account performance and client satisfaction
- Resolve client issues and ensure timely escalation where required
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in account management or B2B sales
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong understanding of client lifecycle management
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
