Seeking an experienced business analyst with strong KYC experience to deliver KYC and client onboarding solutions.
The role works with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements for KYC and client onboarding processes.
- Work with Compliance, AML, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Define BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Analyze and improve KYC, CDD, and EDD workflows; support onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation, and KYC data management.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and automation or optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC; support UAT, defect analysis, and business validation.
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of business analyst experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong hands-on experience in KYC, client onboarding, AML, CDD, and EDD.
- Experience gathering requirements and producing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and UAT materials.
- Good understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with KYC platforms, client lifecycle management, or regulatory technology is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, APIs, and system integrations is preferred.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is preferred.
