Solution Services Advisory Solution Architect

What You Will Do

• Scopes customer and solution requirements using consultative workshops, analytical techniques, customer visits, Use cases and scenarios
• Translates the requirements into architectures solutions delivered by Lenovo
• Creates business case collateral and can create and cost solutions across the full end user spectrum
• Drives the technical certification and validation for all opportunities across customers solutions and architecture
• Thinks and acts strategically, anticipates future trends and develops solution visions
• Challenges existing processes to ensure the best value solution is provided
• Understands financial modelling and leasing concepts
• Maintains current knowledge and understanding of technology, processes, tools and tool-sets across the industry and industry verticals
• Autonomously able to work across regions and functions to achieve results with minimal supervision
• Develops, maintains and cultivates strong trusted and meaningful customer relationships at all levels, through a deep understanding of their business and business needs

Requirements

• Ability to translate complex customer business and technical requirements into value‑driven IT services and solutions
• Strong understanding of digital workplace architectures and end‑user environments, including transformation and transition expertise
• Proven experience creating and presenting business cases demonstrating business value, cost savings, and ROI
• Expertise in solutioning large, complex deals, including IT services cost models, commercial documentation, and stakeholder presentations
• 5+ years’ experience in requirements definition, project/change management, and problem‑solving within a service-driven environment; relevant certifications are a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills with audiences up to CXO level; multilingual capability required
• Experience driving process improvements across regions within a global organization
• Ability to coach, educate, and mentor others; infrastructure, data centre, and network presales skills are an advantage
