Job Responsibilities

  • Establish, optimize, and standardize test processes, specifications, and measurement systems for server hardware, and promote their implementation across cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in the planning and advancement of specialized server testing technologies, evaluate and introduce advanced testing tools, frameworks, and lab equipment to enhance testing efficiency and depth.
  • Lead the resolution of critical quality incidents from customers, providing professional technical analysis and solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of hardware testing experience, including at least 3 years of test team management experience in servers or enterprise-level storage/networking equipment.
  • Comprehensive experience in new product introduction (NPI) and mass production testing of servers.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, decision-making skills, and outstanding cross-departmental communication and influence.
