Job Responsibilities
- Develop daily production schedules based on daily order volume and scheduling rules.
- Establish and continuously improve scheduling rules and methodologies.
- Link and coordinate the three-stage scheduling process based on production capacity to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage production arrangements for special orders, including rework, tail orders, and urgent requests.
- Plan and implement weekly and monthly capacity strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficient in English as a working language.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
