Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in process improvement and governance.

- Process mapping.
- RACI design.
- Governance frameworks.
- SOP development.
- Continuous improvement.
Preferred Experience
Preferred company experience includes Saudi Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea Global, Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, Riyadh Airports Company, Jeddah Airports Company, ENGIE Solutions, CBRE, JLL, and ISS Facility Services.
Experience in large-scale operations, maintenance, integrated facilities management, airports, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, government, and critical infrastructure is preferred.
