Senior leadership role responsible for business development and growth of Facility Management (O&M) services.
Leads bidding, client acquisition, and key-account growth; manages the BD/tendering team and reports to the CEO.
Key responsibilities
- Own business development and growth for Facility Management and O&M services.
- Lead bidding and tendering activities.
- Drive client acquisition and key-account growth.
- Manage the business development and tendering team.
- Report to the CEO.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- 12+ years of experience in Facility Management or O&M, including 5+ years in a leadership business development role.
- Proven record of winning integrated FM, hard/soft services, and O&M contracts in KSA.
- Strong network with government, semi-government, and private clients.
- MBA preferred.
