Monitors project and contract costs, analyzes performance variances, develops forecasts, and supports financial decision-making across operational portfolios.

Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Accounting.
- At least seven years of experience in cost control.
Specialties and key skills
- Cost forecasting, budget control, financial analysis, Earned Value Management, cost reporting, and commercial analytics.
Preferred experience
- Experience with Saudi Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea Global, Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, Riyadh Airports Company, Jeddah Airports Company, ENGIE Solutions, CBRE, JLL, or ISS Facility Services is preferred.
- Experience in large-scale operations, maintenance, integrated facilities management, airports, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, government, or critical infrastructure is preferred.
