Korean Bilingual Sr. AI DevOps Developer

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom AI agents, Generative AI applications, and AI-powered automation from client business requirements.
• Develop, test, deploy, monitor, and continuously enhance AI solutions across development and production environments.
• Translate client business requirements into practical AI solutions with client stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, tool and function calling, and LLM integrations.
• Provide ongoing DevOps and production support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, upgrades, and incident resolution.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and technologies and recommend solutions for client projects.

Core Skillsets

• Hands-on application development using Generative AI and LLMs.
• AI agents and agentic AI, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, tool calling, and autonomous task execution.
• RAG architecture, document processing, chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval strategies, and context management.
• Prompt engineering, structured outputs, few-shot prompting, prompt optimization, and hallucination mitigation.
• LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent.
• LLM evaluation, AI application testing, model selection, token and cost optimization, latency, and scalability.
• LLM integration with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business processes.
• AI security including prompt injection, data privacy, PII protection, access control, and responsible AI.
• Python programming; Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C# is a plus.
• REST APIs, backend services, microservices, enterprise integrations, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Production troubleshooting and application support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 9+ years of software development, AI, cloud, or DevOps experience.
• Hands-on GenAI/LLM development experience is strongly preferred.
• IT consulting or client-facing experience is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bilingual ability is preferred.

Pay Range

• Pay range: $86,000 to $127,000 per year.
