Korean Bilingual Project Manager

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, track, schedule, and oversee project tasks and ad hoc initiatives.
• Document project scope, objectives, requirements, deliverables, stakeholders, schedules, and status.
• Prepare reports, charts, status updates, milestones, and project schedules.
• Track project costs, design, development, testing progress, issues, and risks.
• Schedule and conduct project meetings and communicate status to management.
• Gather requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis.
• Analyze business processes related to supply chain management, sales, logistics, or e-commerce systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in project management or a related technical field.
• Understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods.
• Time management, organization, accountability, decision-making, and team supervision experience.
• Experience in collaborative environments and promoting teamwork.
• Managerial experience using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address obstacles.
• Enterprise project management experience is required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
• Samsung project experience is preferred.

Pay

• The pay range is $75,000 to $100,000 per year.
